The City of Jurupa Valley ("City") requests proposals from qualified contractors to provide on-call hazardous waste clean-up services Citywide for a period of three (3) years commencing on or about January 19, 2022, with the option, at the City's sole discretion, to award two (2) additional (1) year extensions upon successful demonstration of exemplary contract performance. The City, at its discretion, may award a contract to more than one contractor for the services identified in this RFP. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the City to procure a contractor to provide hazardous waste clean-up services within the City of Jurupa Valley. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing immediate response during a spill or an illicit discharge event within the City limits. Services required of the Contractor include furnishing at his/her own expense all transportation, tools, equipment, fuel, labor, materials, specialty equipment, supervision, and services necessary for the satisfactory performance of the work.
