Renovation of a mixed-use development in Brainard, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope of work will include the restoration of the existing roof systems and associated flashings with a fluid applied Aliphatic Polyurea Roofing System. Bids must be on a Lump Sum basis. Interested Bidders may contact Michael Eldridge by email at meldridge@ebutler.esu7.org, prior to pre-bid conference. Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accord with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner may require any bidder to submit a properly executed Contractor's Qualification Statement, AIA Document A305, and/or a signed certificate from a surety company licensed in the State of Nebraska., If awarded the Contract, contractor will provide the school district with a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Price. No bidder may withdraw the bid until 30 days following the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding process. The Owner also reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible Bidder as may be determined by the Owner
