The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all permits, materials, equipment, labour and incidentals necessary to install, complete in place, renovations for the center Park Recreation Center located at 901 Senter RD, Irving TX 75060, with all associated appurtenances to complete this project in the City of Irving. The City of Irving (the "City") is contracting for renovations for the Sinter Park Recreation Centre, which is located in a CDBG-eligible area. The Project will be financed in whole or in part with assistance from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is subject to all applicable Federal laws and regulations. Bidders must comply with all applicable HUD rules and regulations governing construction projects funded with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds. New west gym ceiling panels and new lighting and ceiling tiles for the 1st and 2nd floor areas. The above listed work together with all associated appurtenances and other incidental items to complete this project will be installed in the following locations in the City of Irving: Senter Recreation Center, 901 Senter RD, Irving, TX 75060.
