The Dallas Independent School District ("District") is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals ("CSP") from qualified sources relative to the provision of the following request For Competitive Sealed Proposals ("CSP"). This procurement will be managed under the Dallas ISD Construction Services department. All Construction Services construction procurements must be physically delivered to the Construction Services office, at the Linus D. Wright Dallas ISD Administration Building 9400 North Central Expressway, Suite 800 Dallas, TX 75231. (Call 972.925.7200 for directions). Delivery to other locations will result in rejection of a CSP. No further information will be officially released until after the date the Agenda is publicized for the Board of Trustees briefing. Project no. 21014.101 : The scope of this portion of the renovation will include a new secure vestibule with an 81 square foot addition that will connect the existing vestibule to the existing reception area. All existing exterior building joints and waterproofing seals around windows will be replaced and/or upgraded. A new, digital marquee sign will be installed at the entry of the school. Exterior building wall pack lighting and controls will be replaced. The pavement around the new vestibule area and entry courtyard will be replaced along with the sidewalks connecting the school entry to Maple Avenue. New air-cooled chillers will be installed in place of the existing cooling towers. A new fire alarm system will be installed throughout the building
