UCPS Inspections Q/A Cutoff Date: 11/09/2022 Q/A Cutoff Time: 02:00 PM EST The Contractor will provide UPCS Inspections for all HPHA Public Housing units and for Morehead Court Section 8 New Construction units and all associated community buildings and common areas. Inspections must be completed within a three (3) month period. HPHA will determine when the inspections will start. HPHA residents must be notified of inspection dates no less than one (1) week prior to inspection date. Inspections must be coordinated with HPHA staff to assure the timely completion of all inspections and to minimize disturbance of residents. The Contractor will provide a two (2) day classroom and in-field training that will equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to properly prepare for Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) physical inspections., or equal. The Agency intends to retain the successful proposer pursuant to a "Best Value" basis, not a "Low Bid" basis. Therefore, so that the Agency can properly evaluate the offers received, all proposals submitted in response to this RFP must be formatted in accordance with the sequence noted below. Each category must be separated by index dividers numbered (which number extends so that each tab can be located without opening the proposal). None of the proposed services may conflict with any requirement the Agency has published herein or will issue by addendum.
