The Project consists of the construction of a new single story inmate housing addition and a new single story storage addition for Angelina County, Texas, as defined and described in the Specifications and Drawings accompanying this Request for Proposals. The budget for this Project is $8,000,000. B. The Work consists of, but is not limited to: erosion control, site clearing, demolition of existing on-site buildings, excavation, fill, select fill and backfill;site utilities,site lighting; rough and finish grading, and topsoil, grass, mulch and river rock ground cover, landscaping and irrigation system, concrete sidewalks and ramps, asphalt paving, concrete retaining walls; concrete slab-on-grade, concrete topping at second floor, polishing of concrete flooring, exterior stone veneer, cast stone, CMU; millwork (including courtroom millwork), stained wood veneer wall and ceiling panels, wood base, glulam trusses and columns; structuralsteel, miscellaneous metals and metal fabrications, including guardrails and handrails, prefabricated metal interior stairs; dampproofing and waterproofing, caulking and sealants, thermal insulation, flashing and sheet metal, roof hatch; metal roofing, metal wall panels and metal soffit panels, pre-engineered canopies; hollow metal doors and frames, finish architectural hardware, aluminum storefront windows and doors, bullet-resistant window units; drywall and acoustical ceilings, drywall and metalstuds, carpeting, painting and finishing; interiorsignage, miscellaneousspecialties, toilet partitions, bullet-resistant panels; machine room-less elevator, above-ground rainwater collection tanks; and mechanical, plumbing (including automatic fire suppression), and electrical systems.
