Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Spokane, Washington. Working plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
The owner has selected a Design Builder. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. This project consists of the following work: Micropiles General Requirements The Contractor is responsible for the design, installation and providing as built drawing of the micropiles for this project. The Contractor shall select the micropile type, size, installation means and methods, and shall determine the required grout bond length and final micropile diameter. The Contractor shall design and install micropiles that will develop the load capacities specified in the Plans. Contractors Experience Requirements and Submittal The micropile Contractor shall be experienced in the construction of micropiles and have successfully constructed at least three projects in the last five years involving construction totaling at least 50 micropiles of equal or greater capacity than required for this project. ENGINEERS ESTIMATE: $75,000 to $100,000 plus tax In submitting a bid, you are registered with Spokane County for the Small Works Roster in accordance with R.C.W. 39.04.155 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
