CONTRACTOR will perform all the work required by the contract documents and said work shall be done under the supervision of the representative of the CITY. The work will consist of the completion of construction of certain improvements and all extra work in connection therewith, in accordance with the prices and conditions stated in the contract documents and at CONTRACTORS cost and expense to furnish all materials, supplies, machinery, equipment, tools, superintendence, labor, insurance, and other accessories and services necessary to complete the said construction. Relocation and improvements of sanitary sewer lines at various intersections throughout the City of Tyler. Improvements will include point repair and creek crossing repair.
