The Township requires engineering services for the general operations of the Township and the rendering of such assistance as the Township may require from time to time. These services shall include, without limitation, review of capital projects, preparation of bid specifications or applicable procurement documents for capital projects, review of all Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment submissions and monitoring of construction, review of environmental matters where directed by the Township and the conduct of any studies or investigations . Form NJ-REG can be filed by electronically The Township of Franklin is soliciting Qualification Statements from interested persons and/or firms for the provision of Township Engineering Services as more particularly described herein. Through a Request for Qualifications process described herein, persons and/or firms interested in assisting the Township of Franklin with the provision of such services must prepare and submit a Qualification Statement in accordance with the procedure and schedule in this RFP. The Township of Franklin will review Qualification Statements only from those firms that submit a Qualification Statement which includes all the information required to be included as described herein (in the sole judgment of the Township of Franklin). The Township of Franklin intends to qualify person(s) and/or firm(s) that (a) possesses the professional, financial and administrative capabilities to provide the proposed services, and (b) will agree to work under the compensation terms and conditions determined by the Township of Franklin to provide the greatest benefit to the taxpayers of Franklin.
