The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of Georgia State University (hereinafter, the State Entity) is soliciting statements of qualifications from suppliers interested in providing for Project No. Project No. 0020-93-22 Library South, Data Center, UPS Replacement. This electronic Request for Qualified Contractors (eRFQC) is intended to identify one or more responsible suppliers who meet or exceed the identified requirements contained herein. This eRFQC will not result in contract award. Instead, this eRFQC will establish a list of one or more qualified suppliers who will be eligible to participate to win future contracts from the State Entity. Georgia State University (GSU, Using Agency), is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from firms interested in providing General Contractor (GC) services for the project known as Project No. Project No. 0020-93-22 Library South, Data Center, UPS Replacement at Georgia State University, Atlanta, Georgia. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify the most qualified potential providers of the abovementioned services. Firms determined by the Owner to be the most qualified for this project, will be invited to offer Competitive Sealed Bids for these services. All respondents to this RFQ are subject to instructions communicated in this document and additional terms and conditions listed in the Owners Request for Qualifications / Request for Competitive Sealed Bids (RFQ/RFP).
