Northwest Classical Academy (NCA), a Georgia public school located at 3010 Cobb Parkway Northwest, Kennesaw, GA 30152, is soliciting proposals from interested firms for projector procurement and installation NCA seeks the installation of wall mounted, short throw projectors within 48 classrooms located on the first floor of the school campus. The service provider will be expected to procure projectors, mounts, cables, and raceway required for the installation, as outlined below. Projector Minimum Specifications: Brand/Make: Viewsonic Minimum Native Resolution: 1920*1080 Lamp Type: Laser Throw Distance: Short throw Mount Type: Wall mountable Speakers: Built-in Hardware and Cabling Quantities Necessary for Successful Deployment Include: 48 - Projectors meeting the above specifications 48 - Wall mounting kits compatible with projectors offered 47 - 25ft Power cord to connect Projector to wall outlet 47 - 25ft Power cord to connect Apple TV to wall outlet 47 - 3ft HDMI cable to connect Apple TV to Projector TBD by service provider - Sufficient quantity of cable raceway to conceal power cables from Projectors & Apple TVs to wall outlets Wall-Mounted Short Throw Projector Installation Installation of wall mount, brackets, and any necessary mounting hardware centered above the whiteboard within the classroom on NCA designated wall and location Mounting of short throw projectors meeting the above minimum specifications Installation of ~25ft raceway and cable runs from projector and Apple TV to power outlet below whiteboard Installation of NCA provided apple TVs to Projectors Calibration of the projector picture to whiteboard De-installation and Disposal of Legacy Hardware 20 - Deinstallation of legacy wall or ceiling mounted projectors as needed per room Removal of legacy hardware from School premises Onsite Trash Removal Removal of installation related trash from NCA Contractors should include proposed timeline for hardware delivery and installation should they be awarded the contract Contractors on site will be expected to follow NCA policies regarding harassment, drugs and alcohol, communications, security, conflicts of interest, standards of conduct, personal appearance, and hygiene Providers will comply with current OSHA and other applicable regulations Provider will be responsible for any damages that occur as a result of the installation, deinstallation, or trash removal processes Provider will include a minimum of 5 professional references with their proposal Provider will be located within 30 miles of 3010 Cobb Parkway Northwest, Kennesaw, GA 30152 A record of NCA asset tags, serial numbers, makes, models, and location of devices installed and removed will be kept by provider during services Any contracts awarded pursuant to the RFP will be awarded based on the bids or offers which are responsive to the RFP and are most advantageous to NCA with respect to price, quality, customer service, ability to complete the job on the required timeline and other factors that NCA may consider. NCA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received as a result of this RFP.
