Remove 1 large tree at edge of property at Briarwood Road. Remove all concrete bollards and all concrete wheel stops. Any large bricks, concrete debris or materials must be removed. IN ADDITION: Successful bidder will be responsible for compliance with all applicable safeguards, including (but not limited to) placement of all necessary erosion controls during the work to satisfy the contract. All materials are to be properly disposed of in a permitted landfill. Payment will not be ordered until manifests/ receipts from a legally permitted landfill are furnished to TDOT.
