Inc. but awarded amount is not available.** Spartanburg County School District Five is seeking a vendor for a turn-key equipment/installation HVAC project at the District Office. Direct Inquiries To: Kacey Austin SCOPE OF SERVICES Spartanburg School District Five is seeking qualified, responsible and responsive bidders for a turn-key HVAC project at the District Office (100 North Danzler Rd. Duncan, SC 29334), as follows: o Disconnect existing electrical to both indoor and outdoor units o Remove units and properly dispose of them per EPA regulations o Provide QTY -2 New Trane 5 Ton Split system heat pumps (208/3 s/10.8kw electric heat o Standard 5-year parts and labor extended factory warranty o 15 SEER Minimum with high efficiency variable speed commercial air handler o Set Condensing units on existing pad o Set new air handlers in attic in place of existing o Insure adequate pan and proper drainage in place o Make sure high water switch to cut of air handler is installed and functioning to prevent drainage issues. o Reconnect existing electrical o Run new line-sets o Re-connect existing duct work o Re-connect existing thermostats o Provide refrigerant and charge accordingly o Units to be started up and tested by authorized technicians o Clean site and properly dispose of debris o Work to be performed during normal business hours
