Renovation of a municipal facility in Port McNeill, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town anticipates the services will comprise of building a skid mounted Shower & Restroom Facility built to British Columbia construction codes. Transportation, and positioning of unit, relocation, hook up all existing services including all sewer, water and power for Shower and Restroom facility including, without limiting skirting, handicap ramp and stairs to facility and connecting anchors / concrete piles installed for the foundation. Supply quotation and a Building plan with diagram to consist of modular unit with the following components (i) Dimensions: up to or an overall length of 40’ x 10’ width (ii) Pressure treated wood or metal skid with a required tie down / concrete piling anchored foundation required and installed. Site location will be prepared for unit to be delivered, located, and positioned. (iii) Handicap accessible ramp and stairs to be installed once unit is delivered. (iv) Building to accommodate Northern Island multi season climate including insulation, watertight roof, and membranes for exterior walls and exhaust venting. Solid doors with stainless hinges, painted doors, door stops to always ensure selflocking and closing. (v) 1- separate entrance Utility Room c/w 50-gallon electric hot water and heater, floor drain and work / laundry sink (vi) 2 x 3 -piece restrooms with one being Handicapped accessible and including shower stall, industrial type non accessible toilet, sink, safety handicap railings for handicapped access and faucets, fixtures and one mirror with three coat rack hooks. Solid doors required with a 4 or 5-digit locked combo lock door hardware for access to handle multi season weather. (vii) 2 x 2 -piece restrooms with one being accessed opposite of opposing three doors for utility and shower rooms. See attached diagram for reference (viii) Transportation and permits for such delivery and final resting location of unit. Note: Town of Port McNeill will have a clean, level accessible location for said delivery of facility not including base or tie down anchors or pilings. Location and final service with winterized hook ups supplied by installer. (ix) Utility hydro, Water and Sewer permits provided by Town of Port McNeill Cancelled.
