Project Description: The City of Rio Rancho is soliciting formal bids for the replacement of an existing 14-inch waterline with a new 10-inch HDPE line from Valley Meadows Drive to Soothing Meadows Drive crossing the Montoyas Arroyo by horizonal directional drilling. Work also includes but is not limited to combination air valves, vaults, and all appurtenances.
