The County of Accomack is seeking qualified, licensed and insured contractors to provide services that would improve the performance of ditches identified by the County as needing maintenance as described in the "Scope of Work." The County's Ditch Maintenance Program, managed by the Department of Environmental Programs strives to maintain proper drainage of certain outfall ditches and streams in order to provide community-wide drainage benefits. All bids received after the due date and time set for receipt of bids shall be returned opened.
