The City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida (City) is seeking bids from qualified bidders, hereinafter referred to as the Contractors, to provide sewer rehabilitation services for the City's Public Works Department, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request of Qualifications (RFQ). This project is located throughout various pump station areas in the City of Fort Lauderdale. The work to be accomplished under this contract includes, but is not limited to, main lines lining, sewer service laterals lining, new clean out installations (in asphalt, concrete, grass or rocks), manhole repairs, manhole lining, clean out repairs, root removal, grease removal, double stack laterals lining, sectional liner installation, smoke testing, CCTV and repair recommendations, dye water testing, new manhole installation, point repairs, and incidental restoration repairs such as asphalt, grass, pavers, pavement markings, tree removals and minor landscaping. Those firms who are interested in submitting Statements of Qualification (SOQ) in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) shall comply with Section IV- Submittal Requirements.
