Renovation of a municipal facility in Hahnville, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Provide New Redundant Diesel/Natural Gas Generator for St. Charles Parish 9-1-1 Center. The Contract Work comprises providing and installing a new 100KW diesel/natural gas standby generator. Promptly thereafter, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the St. Charles Parish Communications District 9-1-1 Center. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to disregard all nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids. Each bidder must deposit with his/her bid, security in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond written by a company licensed to do business in Louisiana, in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Certificates of Insurance will also be required as specified. The outside of the bid envelope must contain the submitting firm's name, your Louisiana Contractors License number, the project number, and the project title.
