Habersham County Development Authority ("HCDA") invites interested and qualified parties to submit their qualifications through a Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") to work with HCDA in connection with the sale and redevelopment of the former Habersham County ("County") courthouse and administrative building ("Redevelopment Site") in downtown Clarkesville, Georgia ("Clarkesville") that will serve as an anchor for additional development in the downtown Clarkesville area.
