The objective of this call for tenders is to award one (1) contract to carry out, at the request of the MSP, the documentation of floods during flooding. This documentation will make it possible to position flood markers on the ground and to carry out the validation of surveying records which will be used to precisely georeference the flood markers. The Minister particularly draws your attention to clauses 4.16 and 4.17 of the call for tenders document, which indicate the conditions of eligibility of service providers and compliance of tenders to be respected within the framework of this call for tenders. The tender must be presented by a service provider having, in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by the applicable intergovernmental agreements, an establishment where it carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in its name and accessible during normal business hours. .
