Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Overland Park, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project was awarded to Precision Construction and Contracting, LLC. (PCC) in the amount of $699,680.01. Sealed bids will be received from Bidders by the Blue Valley Recreation Commission, until the above time, at the 2nd floor office of the Blue Valley Recreation Commission Sports Complex, 9701W. 137th Street, Overland Park, Kansas at the Main Complex. All bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes, addressed to the Blue Valley Recreation Commission, Attn: Jim Hook. At the above stated time and place, all bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the designated closing time will be returned unopened The improvements include demolition of existing pavement, concrete paving, concrete sidewalk, concrete curb, grading, and traffic control.
