The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work, paving and new construction of an educational facility. Sub-contractor trades will exist for this project in all trades. You are invited to bid for a contract on selected Bid Packages, for a New Pre-K Building, for the Izard County Consolidated School District 5068 AR Hwy 9, Brockwell, Arkansas 72517, hereinafter termed owner.
