Scope of Work of the Contract includes construction of 0.12 MGD steel package wastewater treatment plant with site clearing, detention, and access road. QA Expiration Date has changed from 11/2/2022 12:00:00 AM CST to 11/8/2022 12:00:00 AM CST Milestone 1 Consists of: - Excavation of Detention Pond to lines and grades - Excavation of Access Road Swales to lines and grades - Place and Compact Fill from excavation onsite -Furnish and install stabilized crushed concrete access road - Regrade existing outfall swale to lines and grades - Furnish and install basin foundations The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the entire Work not later than 270 calendar days from the date of commencement, subject to adjustment as provided in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall achieve Final Completion of the Work not later than 30 calendar days from the date of Substantial Completion, subject to adjustment as provided in the Contract Documents.
