Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Flint, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
For Track Resurfacing GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS: The Contractor shall apply a black latex 3/8 inch rubber running surface. This surface will be applied over new asphalt that has cured a minimum of 14 days. The application shall conform to the Seal-Flex Corporation's recommendations. The Contractor shall be a licensed Seal-Flex representative, authorized by the Seal-Flex Corporation with a minimum of five years of experience and references for a minimum of 15 similar installations. The Contractor shall furnish a one year warranty covering workmanship, materials and labor. The Contractor shall line the track as per specifications required for a high school track and as per the Michigan High School Athletic Association, and/or National High School Athletic Association-specifications and guidelines. The Kearsley Community School district is seeking bids to renovate the existing running track. It is expected that the project will be started in the Summer of 2023. Work may begin on Monday, June 12th, 2023 and completed no later than Friday, August 11, 2023. All interested bidders are invited to inspect the site.
