The Calcasieu Parish Police Jurys Purchasing Agent, on behalf of the Water Works District No. Five of Wards Three and Eight of Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana. All proposals must be accompanied by bid security equal to thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) as defined in the request for proposal, and must be in the form of a certified check or cashiers check drawn on a bank insured by the FDIC, or a Special District Bid Bond Form contained in contract documents. The successful Proposer shall be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the awarded contract amount. The Special District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
