The scope of work consists of the reconstruction of Bailey Ranch Road from FM 1187 to Champions Drive. Drainage improvements are provided along the project. The work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization, preparation of right-of-way, traffic control, approximately 11,032 SY of 8-inch thick reinforced concrete pavement on lime stabilized subgrade, and approximately 4,325 SF of 4-inch thick reinforced concrete sidewalks, and any other work deemed necessary the City of Aledo The City of Aledo reserves the right to reject any or all bids received.
