he Santa Rosa County School District is seeking to establish a contract, with qualified vendors/contractors, for both emergency debris removal and tree trimming and as-needed tree trimming services through the submission of documents and forms which verify that the contractor meets or exceeds minimum criteria for specific work projects. The emergency debris removal and tree trimming services portion of this contract may be partially or fully funded by Federal funds. The as-needed tree trimming services portion of this contract will be funded by the School District. The work to be performed for emergency debris removal and tree trimming services consists of the gathering and collection of all vegetative and construction and demolition (C&D) debris from the school grounds and/or right of way areas, loading, hauling, and disposal to a Santa Rosa County designated dump site. Contractors will be responsible for the removal or grinding and disposal of stumps partially uprooted and supply and install clean fill soil into holes created by the stump removal. As-needed tree-trimming services consists of the cutting and trimming of trees, grinding and removal of stumps, and disposal of the waste produced by the services. Contractors will be responsible for supplying and installing clean fill soil into holes created by the stump removal. The objectives, process, and responsibilities of Contractors for work to be awarded under this bid is detailed in the Scope of Work following these enumerated items.
