Bellows Golf Management is soliciting proposals for the construction of the irrigation system for the Oceanside Municipal Golf Course according to the Plans prepared by Coates Irrigation Consultants, Inc. and were approved by the Oceanside City Engineer and according to the Oceanside Municipal Golf Course Irrigation System Specifications. It is intended that a Contract be awarded by December 20, 2022 with the Work beginning in early 2023. The MANAGER reserves the right of determining the qualifications of each Bidder. The Bidder must furnish the necessary information for this purpose on the accompanying sheet entitled The Irrigation System shall be constructed using the Sprinklers, Valves, Piping, Fittings, Controllers, Wiring, Monitoring Devices, Weather Stations, etc., of sizes and types The Work consists of installing a complete underground Irrigation System as shown on the Drawings and as hereinafter specified, including the furnishing of all Labor, Pump Station, Equipment, Appliances and Materials and in performing all operations in connection with the construction of the Irrigation System. It shall include furnishing and installing all plastic and steel Pipe and Fittings, Quick-Coupler Valve and Keys, Automatic Control Valves, Manual Control Valves, Zone Shut-off Valves, Gate Valves, Pressure Relief Valves, Check Valves, Valve Access Boxes, Valve Markers, Manual Drain Valves, Gate Valve Boxes, Rotary Pop-up Sprinkler Heads, Electric Controllers, Computer system, Electric Wire, Swivel Hose Ells, Voltage Stabilizers, Monitoring Devices, Weather Station, Relays, etc., as required for a complete System as shown on the Drawings, called for in these Specifications or as may be required for proper operation of the System. The Contractor shall provide a Guarantee of one (1) year from acceptance for Material and Workmanship.
