The following site description information was provided to Atlas by City of Torrington: Property Name: Property Address: Classification: Construction Type: Total Number of Dwellings: 1 Construction Date: 1900 Lead Inspection/Risk Assessement Report 31 Willow Street, Torrington, CT 06790 April 26,2022 The City ofTorrington contracted Atlas Technical Consultants LLC (Atlas) to perform Lead-Based Paint (LBP) Sampling investigation via X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) testing methodology and LBP hazards assessment at the residential house located at 31 Willow Street in Torrignton, CT 06790 (the Site). This report presents the findings from LBP Sampling investigation and LBP hazards assessment for evaluation purposes that Atlas conducted at the Site on April 13, 2022, as per the scope of work provided by the City of Torrington and based on the United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) lead evaluation standards. The field work was performed by Atlas's licensed professional lead Inspector risk assessors Wayne Riccitelli and Scott Johnson (CT Department of Public Health Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor license number 002286 and 002224), respectively. Copies of all training certificates and licenses may be found in Appendix D
