This report presents the findings from LBP Sampling investigation and LBP hazards assessment for evaluation purposes that Atlas conducted at the Site on April 13, 2022, as per the scope of work provided by the City of Torrington and based on the United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) lead evaluation standards. The field work was performed by Atlas's licensed professional lead Inspector risk assessors Wayne Riccitelli and Scott Johnson (CT Department of Public Health Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor license number 002286 and 002224), respectively.
