DASNY is soliciting the services of an Electrical Contractor to provide electrical upgrade work located at the State University of New York at Buffalo Fargo Quad, Ellicott Complex. The main scope of work consists of the following, but not limited to, replacement of main switchboard, main distribution panelboards, and associated feeders and branch circuits; replacement of existing lighting and appliance panelboards; replacement of existing transformer and associated feeders; replacement of resident room receptacles; retrofit various existing lighting in corridors and stairwells with LED retrofit kits; replacement of existing exit signs throughout building. Other project scope items include the replacement of existing electrical room door; and removal/ disposal of asbestos - containing materials. One Contract will be awarded for the work of this Project. The contract estimate for this project is valued between $1,300,000 and $1,400,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
