Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

A Bid Bond or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid must be submitted with each Bid. A one hundred percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bond will also be required of the successful Bidder. The Work consists of, but is not necessarily limited to the following: This project consists of the construction of a multi-use path along the east side Capitol Ave. from W. Fall Creek Pkwy S. Dr. to 21st Street, heading west on the south side of 21st St. to Boulevard Pl. and then north along the east side Boulevard PI./Senate Ave. to W. Fall Creek Pkwy N. Dr. terminating at the existing connecter to the Fall Creek Trail. In addition, a bicycle route will be constructed on McClean Pl. between Boulevard Pl. and Capitol Ave.. This will include an 8'-10' multi-use asphalt path with underdrains, lane reconfiguration with new concrete curb, curb bumpouts, and tabled crossings on Capitol Ave., lane reconfiguration on Boulevard Pl./Senate Ave. with new concrete curb, resurfacing and tabled crossings on McClean PIl., and all necessary incidental work including, but not limited to, ADA ramps, pavement markings, and storm sewer connections. Bidders shall assure that they have obtained complete sets of drawings and Contract Documents and shall assume the risk of any errors or omissions in Bids prepared in reliance on incomplete sets of drawings and Contract Documents. This Work will be funded by the City of Indianapolis. The participation goal for Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) for this contract 1s fifteen percent (15%). The participation goal for Women Business Enterprise (WBE) for this contract 1s eight percent (8%). The participation goal for Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) is three percent (3%). The participation goal for Disability-owned Business Enterprise (DOBE) ts one percent (1%).
