Renovation of a fire / police facility in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Questions pertaining to the drawings and specifications must be submitted in writing only to the A/E, Roger Fields & Associates, ATTN: Greg Topp, via email [gtopp@rdfa.com] and City Project Manager, Matt Klingler via email [mmklingler@columbus.gov] prior to November 14, 2022 at 10:00 AM local time. Questions regarding the IFB (excluding the drawings and specifications) should be submitted to Jennifer Henderson Thomas, City of Columbus, Office of Construction Management, via email [jrhenderson@columbus.gov] prior to November 14, 2022 at 10:00 AM local time. The project shall replace existing HVAC equipment including but not limited to VAVs, Air Handlers, associated controls and electric. Firms wishing to submit a bid must meet the mandatory requirements stated in the IFB, including being pre-qualified by the City of Columbus Office of Construction Prequalification. The last day to submit questions is November 14, 2022 at 10 A.M.
