All questions related to the Bid or Project must be received at MATCFPC@matc.edu no later than Monday, November 7, 2022 at 9:00 am. The project consists of replacement of a shingle roof system, with several related work items and potential add alternates. See Part 2 and Part 3 below for full project summary/description. Base Bid: Re-roof primary roof system and north shed. 2. Mandatory Alternate Add #1: Re-roof south shed 3. Mandatory Alternate Add #2: Replace siding and windows at the four (4) dormers. 4. Mandatory Alternate Add #3: Replace gutters and downspouts with 6- inch K-style gutters.
