Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development; and educational facility.
*Please contact the construction manager directly for access to the bid results. The project consists of renovations to an existing building for the new Administrative offices for White Settlement ISD. WSISD is self-performing a significant amount of work; however, there are areas of work that they are not performing, for which BTC, representing WSISD as the Construction-Manager-as-Agent, is soliciting trade contractor proposals. The delineation between owner-provided work and contractor-provided work is identified in the Drawings and in BTC's Proposal Package Manual. The following Proposal Packages are being awarded in this pricing round: -06A Rough Carpentry -06C Architectural Woodwork -09B Gypsum Board Assemblies -09E Resilient Flooring -09K Painting PLEASE NOTE: BTC is WSISD's Construction Manager-as-Agent on this project and all trade contractors will be contracting directly with White Settlement ISD. Please review the Proposal Package Manual for specific notes regarding this delivery method, but we have provided a few highlights below: - BTC will still receive all proposals on bid day - Proposal Packages will still be written based on the scope of work and bidders will be required to comply with those for consideration for award - BTC will still supervise the construction and process all payment applications
