The purpose of this RFP is to select an engineering firm(s) based on their qualifications and experience of the firm's personnel to perform Professional Geotechnical Engineering and Testing and Inspection Services required at facilities operated by the Brazos River Authority ("BRA") throughout the Brazos River Basin including but not limited to, water intake and pump stations, water and wastewater treatment facilities, roadways, parks, dams, and pipelines. A general scope of services will be developed in conjunction with the negotiation of a cost reimbursable contract between the BRA and the selected Geotechnical Engineering Firm(s). The engineering services related to geotechnical engineering and testing and inspection services for various project including but not limited: soils testing, drilling, concrete testing, asphalt and concrete pavement assessment and testing.
