Renovation of a civil project in Narrows, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Please see Invitation to Bid regarding Documents. Construction of various electrical improvements at the Town wastewater treatment plant and at five lift stations. Bidders shall comply with Virginia Code Section 54.1-1112 regarding information required with bid. Envelopes containing bids shall be clearly marked with the Bidders Class A Contractor License number. Should the apparent low bid exceed available funds, the Owner reserves the right to negotiate with the apparent low bidder to obtain a contract price within available funds.
