Questions about this Project and the bidding and contract requirements shall be submitted through the Electronically Question tab by Monday, November 14, 2022 at 4:00 PM. All workmen performing work on this project shall be paid the general minimumPrevailing Wage Rates supplied herein, as determined by the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, in accordance with the Regulations for Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Each Bid must be submitted accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total amount Bid. The Bid Guarantee must be in the form of Cash, Corporate Bid Bond, Bank Check, Cashiers Check or Treasurers Check, drawn to the order of Tredyffrin Township. The proceeds thereof will be retained by Tredyffrin Township as liquidated damages if the successful bidder fails to execute this Contract as set forth in the attached Proposal, General Conditions, Special Provisions, Construction Drawings, and Specifications. A bidders personal check or non-certified corporate check is not an acceptable form of bid security. The surety firm must be licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
