Renovation of an educational facility in Arthur, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of: Project consists of the HVAC replacement at the Arthur Grade School. Scope includes installation of combination ducted gas fired RTU and ceiling mounted split units as shown in the documents. Scope includes partial demo of existing heating system to be completed once new system is fully operational for fall 2023 heating season. Scope also includes all work required to remove and install new ceilings and re-installation of existing light fixtures. Modifications to existing structure including but not limited to removal of specific bracing, enhancements to existing structure, and all work required for new roof curb installation to provide a full weather tight installation.
