Contract TANY 22-36A/D214885 - Replacement of the Roof at the Harriman Maintenance Section at M.P. 45.20 in the Town of Harriman in Orange County in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. CR Number: 2091734 The Thruway Authority continues to have public bid openings, however, there are measures in place to protect the safety and health of employees and visitors alike. Visitors who choose to hand deliver a bid and/or witness the bid opening are limited to one person. Visitors must wear a face mask when entering any Authority building and will have to complete a Wellness Survey the day of the bid opening. The Wellness Survey will be available in the lobby of the Thruway Authority Headquarters building. Please fill out this survey and provide it to the guard at the front desk. If any of the questions are answered Yes, the visitor will not be allowed entry. Your bid must be secured with either a Bid Bond or a Bid Deposit. A Bid Bond must be in the amount of 5% of the total bid and must be on the Authoritys Bid Bond Form (TA-44117) which is included in the Proposal. A Bid Deposit must be a certified check or cashiers check made payable to the New York State Thruway Authority in the amount of $20,000.00. The New York State Thruway Authority has discontinued the practice of reproducing and furnishing full-size and half-size plans to Contractors after contract award. Contractors shall be responsible for their own hard copies of plans and proposals at no additional cost to the Authority.
