Webb County is soliciting the submittal of qualification statements from experienced Engineering Firms interested in providing engineering services for the design of approximately 21,120 linear feet (approximately 4 miles) of a waterline extension from the main water distribution line off Mangana Hein Road to waterlines throughout La Presa Colonia. The engineering services and design must include all necessary drawings and specifications; construction cost estimates; all necessary permitting; assistance with the project bidding, recommendation of award, and construction administration through the duration of project up to closeout. Eligible firms must have demonstrated experience in waterline project development from design through project certification. This document outlines the requirements, selection process and documentation necessary to submit a Statement of Qualification (SOQ) in response to this RFQ.
