Provide maintenance bonds, warranties, guarantees, and letters of credit in connection with the Private Partner's activities in the forms and amounts satisfactory to the County, as required under KRS 65.028(5)(b) The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part based on the oral presentations/demonstrations. The County reserves the right to not conduct oral presentations/demonstrations if they do not affect the final rankings
