Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hillsboro, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Hillsboro requests competitive proposals from qualified and experienced general contractors (Proposers) to provide construction services including but not limited to: Construct a 10-12 wide multi-use path along the west side of Shute road from Cornell Rd to Brookwood Parkway; install streetlights along the multi-use path to meet current standards; storm sewer improvements to provide better conveyance and water quality treatment; install conduit for enhanced communication network; remove temporary signal at Dawson Creek Parkway and install permanent signal infrastructure; remove and reinstall concrete street panels; grind existing asphalt street and repave; install signing and striping; landscape planter strip and plant street trees.
