Two hyper Infusion units will be installed inside an insulated storage container. The owner will provide the container and the two hyper infusion units. The contractor will be responsible for final placement of the container as well as installing the hyper infusion units. The container's estimated weight is 6,500 pounds. Construction Cost Estimate: $100,000.00 The Contractor shall hot tap to connect the existing 16" treated water supply (TWS) piping near the degasser tower, and install piping to the hyper infusion units. The hot tap connection to the existing TWS piping shall be conducted by an experienced technician that has conducted a minimum of 20 similar successful connections. The contractor shall take precaution to ensure that the existing pipe is not damaged while making the connection. Effluent piping shall also be installed from the hyper infusion units back to the existing degassing tower. The exposed piping shall be protected with insulation and permanent protective jacket. Power service will be installed by the contractor to the container. The electrical service will supply power the Hyper Infusion Units as well as lighting inside the container. The contractor will be responsible for making the power connection to the hyper infusion units as well as installing the lighting and outlets inside the container.
