The scope of work includes furnishing the Diamond Valley Lake Facility with grounds maintenance, pesticide application and vertebrate pest control services as specified herein. The Contractor is to furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supplies to complete the work as described in this Request for Bid (RFB). The scope of work will require Contractor to furnish landscape maintenance services for the following areas located at Diamond Valley Lake Facility, 33752 Newport Road, Winchester, CA 92596. There is NO elevated tree work Contractor shall possess a C-27 license and shall furnish personnel who are thoroughly familiar with grounds maintenance procedures and applications in order to perform all tasks in a competent and efficient manner. Contractor shall provide a copy of the C-27 license in bid response. Contractor must have person(s) on staff with a valid Pest Control Advisor License, with categories A (insects), B (plant pathogens), category E (weeds), who is registered with the Agricultural Commissioner in the appropriate counties. Contractor shall possess a C-61 Limited Specialty/D49 Tree Service License.
