The work under this contract shall be for furnishing all labor, materials, transportation, and services for the construction and installation of the following work: The project scope and summary include the structural repair of existing reinforced concrete roof panels and existing joints along the exterior surface of Woods Reservoir. The repairs include sealing of cracks through various methods such as crack routing and sealing depending on the location (overhead or horizontal) and the widths. The repairs also include patching of minor spalls with and without exposed reinforcement and minor spalls in horizontal and vertical surfaces with exposed reinforcement. Existing joints along the roof panels, perimeter, accesses, and walkway of the reservoir will be replaced or repaired. The repairs also include removing sediment along joints and removing vegetation along the chain link fence. Additionally, sediment along the ponding areas at the roof panels will be removed and spray polyurethane foam will be applied along with an acrylic coating. The chain link fence will be repaired. Lastly, the repaired roof panels will be coated with a UV resistant coating. The Work at the Woods Reservoir will include but not limited to the following: Approximately 1,340 linear feet of Concrete Repairs such as sealing horizontal cracks up to 1/32-inch width including all materials, tools, labor, and surface preparation. Approximately 50 linear feet of crack injection in slabs complete in place including all materials, tools, labor, and surface preparation. Approximately 30 square feet of repair of spalls on vertical and horizontal surfaces with or without exposed reinforcement complete in place including all materials, tools, labor, and surface preparation. Approximately 120 square feet of repair of spalls in vertical surfaces with exposed reinforcement and approximately 40 square feet of repair of spalls in horizontal surfaces with exposed reinforcement complete in place including all materials, tools, labor, and surface preparation. Replacing approximately 10,250 linear feet of existing joints along the roof panels complete in place including all materials, tools, labor, and surface preparation. Repairing approximately 2,240 LF of joints along reservoir perimeter and approximately 690 linear feet of joints along the access hatch and walkway complete in place including all materials, tools, labor, and surface preparation. Removing approximately 7,180 square feet of sediment along roof panels joints of roof panels and removing approximately 30 square feet of vegetation along the perimeter chain link fence complete in place including all materials, tools, labor, and incidentals. Retrofitting approximately 80 linear feet of chain link fence such as replacing fence posts, attach loose areas, and fix broken chain link fence complete in place including all materials, tools, labor, and incidentals. Removing approximately 11,800 square feet of sediment along ponding areas and apply polyurethane foam complete in place including all materials, tools, labor, incidentals, and surface preparation. Approximately 288,800 square feet of Ultraviolet resistant coating along the exterior top slab panels including all materials, labor, tools, and incidentals including surface preparation.
