Renovation of a municipal facility in Eureka, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Estimated Project Value: over 1M under 4M Project consists of replacement of existing HVAC systems in the original courthouse building. Scope of work includes new HVAC equipment, new ductwork, replacement of existing acoustical ceiling grid and tile, new metal stud and gypsum board duct shafts, and structural work to support new HVAC equipment in the attic. Owner will receive hand-delivered lump sum bids until the bid time and date given below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instruction to Bidders issues by Owner Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time identified in documents. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
