Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Shenandoah, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed bids in duplicate, will be received on behalf of The City of Shenandoah, at the offices of Shenandoah for furnishing all material, equipment , labor and supervision necessary for completion of the following: Toddler Park Parking The major items of work include: Three parking spaces and one accessible parking space, additional sidewalks, signs, and striping. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of City of Shenandoah in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The Project Site is located on Shenandoah Dr., approximately 0.25 miles west of Interstate 45, and 0.25 miles north of Research Forest Dr. At the intersection of Shenandoah Drive and Twisted Oak Drive.
