Jamestown Scotland Ferry Building Awning. The construction of a new wraparound continuous awning for the Jamestown Scotland Ferry Administration Building The project is generally described as the construction of a new wraparound continuous awning for the Jamestown Scotland Ferry Administration Building. To be installed on the north and west elevation of the existing structure, the new awning will include, but is not limited to an eight foot wide wood support structure integrated into the existing building and site, shingle roofing, vinyl wrapping, perimeter gutter and downspout system and related building materials and accessories. A five percent (5%) bid bond is required to accompany this bid. When required bid shall be accompanied by a Commonwealth of Virginia Standard Bid Bond, Form CO-10.2, payable to the Owner as obligee in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Failure to submit the bid bond on the Commonwealth of Virginia Standard Bid Bond, Form CO-10.2 will result in the bid being considered non-responsive. (When bid bonds are requested, the awarded contractor will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bond.)
