A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Bid security must be in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Bank Cashier Check or Trust Company Treasurer Check made payable to the Delaware County Community College. In addition, an Agreement of Surety & Non-Collusion Affidavit forms and Contractor Qualification Statement must be submitted with all bids. Guaranty Bonds in the form of a Performance Bond, Labor and Materials Bond and a Maintenance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the bid will be required within ten (10) days of receipt of Delaware County Community College intent to award the Contracts.
