E-mail: Amanda.Greer@ky.gov PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Commonwealth of Kentucky Finance & Administration Cabinet, Division of Engineering and Contract Administration (DECA) on behalf of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System is seeking professional design services for the Site Improvements and development of the Elizabethtown Community and Technical College's Main Campus. This project involves improving interior roadways, adding roundabouts, adding pedestrian walkways and walking paths, additional parking lot lighting and greenspace enhancements. It is anticipated that a separate parking lot paving project will be undertaken on portions of the campus during the full duration of this project. The two projects will need to be coordinated during design and construction. A master plan was previously prepared by SCB Architects of Lexington, Kentucky that will be used as the initial guidance document to fully develop the scope of this project. The Consultant will be required to monitor the current construction market and to advise KCTCS on the appropriate time to bid the project to mitigate any negative effect of market conditions.
